Model Nails

I just had the worst experience getting my nails done! The manicurist didn’t acknowledge my existence the entire time I was there, from beginning to end I never even got a hello. She was rough and cut my thumb, she was on the phone while she was doing my nails and at one point dropped the buffer on the floor, picked it up and continued to use it. I have gone there before with friends and my daughters but I will never go back. This was a Mother’s Day gift and I was not able to enjoy it at all.

I have been getting my nails done here for over a year and have been extremely satisfied. The staff is friendly and helped to get my nails healthy and naturally long again. I always get compliments from people on how good they look. The place is always clean and that is impressive given how busy they can get. I often bring my adult daughters and we always like the end result. All the technicians do a good job.

What a terrible experience. The technician rushed and my pedicure was done in 15 minutes. A very sloppy polish and little attention paid to other aspects of the pedicure treatment. Poor customer service. I will never return or recommend this salon. There are so many other better options.

Terrible place! Dont go here. They rush you and will get you out in 15-20 mins. Theres one girl there who works too fast..Ive have her a couple times and have watched her worked. She rushes and doesnt do a good job. I think Ive heard them call her mya. She usually sits at the fifth table so be warned.

Got terrible service, overpriced compared to other places I’ve been. My nails had bubbles in the shellac, due to the lady rushing my nails.

Great service, recommend booking an appointment since they do get quite busy, especially in the evenings. Shellac manicure lasts a few weeks. My go-to for a quick, affordable mani/pedi :)

I took my 4-year-old with me to get our first pedicures together, and this was my first time to Model Nails. The pedicurist was so busy talking to her co-wokers that she didn't notice when she cut me (even though I jumped and said "ouch") until blood was covering my foot. I didn't want to make a big scene and spoil the experience for my kid, but it would have been nice had she offered a discount or something on the service. I did, however, get a really tiny cheap band-aid as a memento!

I don't think I've ever had a shellac manicure last me this long! Especially after a whole week of being in the ocean and pools on vacation- they are holding incredibly well! I was very impressed with my services at Model Nails. I will 100% be sticking faithfully to their services for as long as I live in London! Very welcoming and friendly staff :)
