I’ve been to this nail parlour many times and the people are friendly and aim to please. I Do wish they would get all their massage chairs back in running order. This is a part of the service I do enjoy very much.
Terrible experience, I went for a shellac manicure, with previously already having shellac on my nails which are very long naturally (not with acrylic) The person then doing my nails took off the tin foil and when she saw that the colour wasn't coming off (they sat for not even two minutes) she then proceeded to use an electric file to file off the colour to the point my nails were hurting from how thin she had filed them down. I will not be back, my long natural nails are ruined and sore!!
Got to Cali nails at 8:05 pm to get a full set acrylic done . The lady told me she had time. At 9:15pm the mall was closed and my nails were not done and I had to pay ...she charged me $39.00 for my nails when their price list says $30 she asked me if I wanted them painted i said yes and she told me it would be an extra $10.00 to use two colors ontop of already paying $39.00. She did my nails & didn't let me Dry them and put my bag on my arm and I left . My nails were ruined before I got home
Not clean at all. Not friendly workers are rude and ignore you. Nothing is kept up. So many things are broken and they don't have anything replaced! Even the table u sit to dry your hands and feet after menu and pedi the light bulbs are missing and expected the machine to still work! Horrible job
I can't speak anyone else but a woman named Than ( pronounced Tan) who works here. If I could give her ten stars I would because she is amazing! I work in a bar so needless to say I'm brutal on my hands and in the one year I've been seeing her not once have I had to come in before a fill for a repair. On top of that my nails NEVER lift, like ever. I used to go to a super expensive spa and in a pinch went here to get my nails done. Luckily Than took me and I have never looked back. Her quality of work is way above the cost, which by the way, cannot be beat. I know some of the other girls don't do as good of a job a Than, and people end up never coming back, but trust me, call ahead and ask for Than, the only person who will regret it, is me for letting you in on my secret nail magician ;) Oh and her pedicures are to die for, she actually takes her time unlike other techs who just rush through, Than gives you an actual spa massage up to your knees! So if you want an amazing mani pedi for an even more amazing price, see Than ( as she will tell you, pronounces like sun TAN)!
They are not very friendly and my nails started lifting before I left the mall. They also made me bleed, I would not recommend them
the woman was rude, didn't talk to me, persistent in getting more money out of me by doing poor designs on the tips of the nail, i got them done on a friday, by sunday they were already lifting and growing out. they do not know what they are doing and don't like to take NO for an answer.
