Worst experience EVER! I had 2 presentation meetings at a new CLIENT's location that were cancelled due to the weather and when I went to reschedule they scheduled on the WRONG date!! I had specifically provided both the day and the date (which was on the same day of the week as the other 2 instances). They left me scrambling at the last minute and embarrassed to say the least.
