Pluto Daycare

My daughter has been going to Pluto Activa for a few months now and we've been very happy with our experience there. She LOVES going everyday! They provide a great structure/routine for the kids and serve healthy meals. They also provide good information on how the kids are doing (how much they ate, how long they slept, updates etc.) She comes home singing songs she learned and talking about her fun day. We're very happy with our decision to sent her here.

Staff in this daycare is great, management not so!

Staff in this day care is great! Management not so! My 2 kids were in this daycare, full time program for over a year. 2.5 yrs & 4.5 yrs old kids. One day I got approached by supervisor, saying that one of the staff members put in a claim to WSIB for getting hurt at work/Pluto Activa location. The hurt lady pointed my kid out and I got called and was given 5 days notice to take my son out of this daycare. I had no choice but to pull out the second kid too. My money was given back to me but the money is not the point here. It is the way we were treated. Management is so unfair and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. 5 day notice to me and if for some reason I had to sign them out they want 30 days notice. My kid is out of the place now because somebody doesn't feel like working and puts a bogus WSIB claim.
