Max(mohammad i believe his name is) showed up at my place early summer, and i purchased and air conditioner, the price was better compare to others for the same a/c and he was on time, and i am really happy with my decision choosing his company. the only down side was i wish the person who was installing my AC would speak better english. but overall they did a great job.

Furnace and A/C Service and Replacement

Two winters ago our furnace broke down. It was freezing and I had my 93 year old mom living in the house with us.Through Kijiji I found Kiana Air. Mohammad arrived in 30 mins, gave me a quote for a High efficiency furnace for $3,400 installed. He said they would have it installed the next day before noon. I was skeptical. Next morning the crew were there and before the noon hour had finished the installation. Mohammad came by in the evening to ensure all was well and that the unit was warming the house. Two weeks ago during the heat wave in Toronto, our 27 year old 2 ton A/C finally gave up. I called KianaAair. Mohammad came the next morning, advised replacing and gave me several choices ranging from $2,100 to $2,900 installed for a 3 ton unit. I agreed on a unit between that range. They installed the next day. As I lowered the temperature to 19 degrees, the unit froze up. Mohammad arrived, looked at it and checked the return airflow out of the house back to furnace. He checked every register in the house and said he may have to add registers to increase the air circulation. However, he made adjustments in the furnace room to improve the airflow. Though the A/C worked fine, next day he arrived again and having checked the A/C he called me at work to say he was not satisfied with the coil and that he was replacing the coil. All work was done neatly and professionally. Both, my furnace and A/C are working great now. Kiana Air followed up regularly and only when I said I was completely satisfied, Mohammad came and picked up the cheque. Kiana Air exceeded my expectations. They were timely, knowledgeable, fair priced, professional and very service oriented. I was important to them as a client and they got repeat business from me. If you need HVAC service or unit replacement – talk to Kiana Air. Ask for Mohammad. You will not be disappointed.
