Not good. Got pedicure done-paid $40-was nice but didn���t last even a week before chipping. Came home from my Mother���s Day trip and nails are destroyed. However couldn���t contact them right away as my whole family had Covid. Less than two weeks later I contacted the owner and said my nails chipped after a week, he said come now I���ll do it-I explained I just tested positive for covid and tried to set up a date for next week, But he said if I don���t come now I pay later. Not cool

I've been here 3 times and it's been the same experience everytime - I feel like my needs/questions aren't understood properly because of language barriers, and the quality of manicure is very low. My last shellac manicure, the technician was using her really sharp, thick nails instead of a proper tool to clean up the polish residue on my skin and under nail. I felt like she was cutting me and it hurt a lot, and when I told her to stop she kept doing it . Do not go here.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Went in the day before to book appointments for five. They confirmed they could accommodate. I called back twice to confirm. The day of the appointment came and they only had two available esthetician...my pedicure was no more then 20 minutes and done very quickly and poorly. Only two out of the four of us ended receiving pedicures...the fifth person was called and told not to come as she would not be fit in EVEN THOUGH we had appointments.

Very unhappy with this experience. I was overcharged and my nail broke within a few days of getting them done. Please do not waste your time here.

I've been here before. They are usually good. I don't know what happened but this was the worst pedicure ever. My feet are dry and in worse shape than when I went in. My nails were missing polish. My toes look like my 4 year old painted them. When I said something, she painted the spot and told me to go!

Went to get a mani pedi. I got my feet grated and filed on top of the toe nails. My feet were basically raw. My fingernails keep chipping, and my hands and feet were never as dry as after. The smell of chemicals was so bad and strong. I could only soak my feet in boiling water less than five minutes before getting them grated. I told the aesthetician it hurt, she didn't listen. She also put so much nail polish that it didn't dry in over half an hour. Save your money, don't go here ever!

Worst customer service ive ever experienced at a nail salon. Usually when you walk in you are greeted and treated with respect and kindness, its the total opposite here. They ignore you when you walk in and treat you as if theyre the ones paying for your nails. Horrible attitude, and overpriced for nothing. Never returning there again.

Nice place, and the staff go above and beyond to attend to the customers. I got shellac nails done and they turned out great!
