The operator was polite and helpful to answer all my questions and the order was at my door in 30 min. I have used this company several times even on a busy friday or saturday night. Drivers are always with good attitude. Def recommend them!
Sent delivery drivers to wrong address and then when questioned, lied about it saying it wasent them. Only know this because the person that answered the phone said he had to speak to the driver about going to the wrong address right after saying they didnt get a call for my address. Very rude on the phone and quick to hang up. I do not recommend this company unless they change their customer service attitude and get edcuation on customer service skills.

Ordered today at 3:17pm, it is now 7:28pm and still nothing. I tried calling the business but they're closed and the beer store and Lcbo are also closed. I have used the service before and it was the same idea ordered around 5 got it around 10:30 or 11. My mistake was forgetting it was the same company as before. Will never use the service again.
I have no problem with the delivery, but the dispatcher was the rudest person I've ever had the misfortune of talking to. I tried to ask if the was debit, and was promptly cut off by her saying "we don't have debit" and was then hung up on. If you're not a people person; don't take a job in customer service. I won't be calling this business again.
