Felt rushed, asked for manicure and pedicure, was told that they didn’t have time, but accommodating 2 walks that came in after me. Wouldn’t use them again

Very happy with the business I get every time ! They’re fast but good! I’m never waiting for more then 10 minutes even if I just walk in. Been going to this place for over 10 years and I love it!

Very rude to customers. They just want their money at the end of the day. They made my nails look very chunky and when I said something they were so rude to me. Then they charged me 30$ for my acrylic when they advertise 20$

Had a manicure and shellac, and the woman ended up cutting my skin accidentally with the scissors. Didn't even say anything about it either, no apology or anything. Not returning.

Very unpleasant experience. Because of the holiday weekend I was limited on time. I requested just a shellac change, no manicure. I was rushed, I was given one one coat and one top coat of shellac. I was charged the same price as a shellac and manicure ($25) which is more than I pay for both in Toronto. Staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, scratching lottery tickets and playing games on their phones. I won't be returning.
