Dr Promnitz was amazing with my daughter at Guelph General when she was born with a serious illness. He stuck his neck out for her to get the care she needed at McMaster. He ended up following her for a year to ensure her illness was sorted out. Now with my son, who also has additional medical concerns, we will be switching to his practice as well.

Dr. Promnitz was not hesitant in giving stronger pills to my 9 year old son for a supposed diagnoses of ADHD. Did not ask for all caregivers to fill out reports. Then gave stronger and stronger medication to the child! Without checking background or written consent from the other parent or the school. Only went on what the childs mother said.

Dr. Promnitz has helped both my sons since birth. His knowledge is superior and he is playful with the kids to make the visit to the Doctor fun. A+++

Dr. Promnitz is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. He deeply cares for all his patients and goes out of his way to create a caring relaxing environment. He explains everything in detail and encourages questions. If you're lucky enough to get into his practice I recommend never leaving.

Dont go here they kick you out before you have chance put kid in car seat and dont think about using bathroom on way out before drive home they rush you out the door saying you need to leave now
