Don’t bring your laptop to this store to fix it, you might not get it back. I’ve dropped off a laptop around the begining of December and I was told it should take about two weeks. It’s now Jan 31 and my laptop will be “ready the next week or so”, I’ve been told again and again. Seven weeks and counting. At this point I just want my laptop back to fix it elsewhere. Ridiculous!

First of all, don't waste your time trying to call this location. No one answers the phone. If you do visit this location, I recommend allotting 3 extra hours of your time. The location is understaffed and it is incredibly difficult to get help from someone. I tired to purchase a $500 product with a warranty but my time was wasted and I left frustrated. I went across the road to The Source and received excellent customer service and had everything purchased in 20 minutes.

Today I went to best buy mobile, i have waited almost 2 hours for the service, there were 2 customers when I came, I did not know how they handled customer, should be there's a time clock/time period on how to handle 1 per customer. But they are so SLOW!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service!!! Hope u cn improve your service!!

at least at the Guelph store location they do not adhere to their own policies. they sell you extended warrantees and service agreements that are bogus. when you ask for details the associate got snarky with me and blamed the manufacturer and the product for delays instead of owning the customer relationship. do not buy from this store!

I would recommend Office Fresh to anyone looking for dependable, top notch cleaning services. Most likely the best in town.
