I am definitely not going to bring my car service (Nissan Altima 2014 3.5 SL 4 doors) into garage shop at Sherway Nissan because the technician did not check multi inspections check list properly, carefully , Notified me with a wrong assessment (such as brake fluid, rotors & brake pads &other thing) that suppose belong to other car (Nissan Rogue) , Poor customer service advisor at the front desk (service department). They just did check mark “okay” on multi vehicle inspection check list.
If you want to get cheated on, lied to and in addition to all insulted while paying your hard earned money to this incompetent dealership then this is the RIGHT place !!. The place is run by goons who are after your money and when they make a mistake they are the least apologetic. What tops the list is that at this stage too they wont shy away from making you deals to get you to rate them 9 on the Nissan survey. Please do NOT spend a penny in this place. You deserve better.
I had a very good experience coming to this dealership. When I first came in, I was a little intimidated as I was a single female coming in to buy a car. I was immediately greeted by a friendly face, and I could feel that I was in a safe environment. Thank you to Asim and his staff for showing me the right car at the right price. I love my Rogue. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.
Thank you for helping me with my baby seat installation. Jay at the dealership was very helpful and made sure that everything was installed correctly. He even gave me instructions on how the baby should be inside of the seat! Amazing!
The people at Sherway Nissan are very helpful. I have bought my Versa from them and have been servicing my car with them for the past two years. Its very convenient as I don't need to make an appointment for my oil changes, and I am very grateful for their baby seat installation which they did for me at no charge when I was in for service last week. All around I'm very happy with this dealership and recommend them to all my friends.
