    I have a big problem with your company,I am a new costumer with your company.This not the experience a enjoy! The problem is with my home phone,there is no way I can solve it.After spend time on the phone for 3 days to complain,that my phone service is not connected,nobody can help me with my problem. Can you please help me to solve it?

    We were negotiating new contract, I decided to go with another provider and they are trying to charge me early cancellation fees in the thousands, they have lousy support and forget it if you need fax as part of your solution, stay away if you can.

    This is the worst telecom company to deal with. Horrible customer service. Filipino agents are incompetent. Stay away from Primus

    Calling the customer service you have the opportunity to rate the service responding to seven aspect of the service. i called 3 times, and I found very helpful people (Mary Jane, Brigitte, Chris)

    By far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Our original package for internet was fine for about a year, then we upped our internet pkg at costco. The modem we got never powered on, we were basically told to bad. We called 4x to get a tech out, we were bluntly told no 3x, finally got one scheduled, called the morning of saying we arent coming. Were told speeds of 100 mb/ps more like 2 kb/ps, & the guy at costco ignored our calls. Online & phone tech support rude as well

    Horrible! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY INTERNET SERVICE. They hide fees behind their contracts without telling you about them. They lock you in for 36 months only after to find out its over $1000 if you want to cancel your service. What kind of business practice is this where you corner customers and screw them? Nice way to build a loyal customer base. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I will go out of my way to tell everybody I know what a shitty company Primus is to use for internet service. Not to men

    Deactivation fee: $200. Internet: 16mbps (actually getting 8mbps) 75mbps (actually getting 4mbps) Customer service: wait 30min for them to pick up and they hung up after telling me to wait for 1 or 2 minutes so they can pull up my information. Never ever give this company a chance to rip you off. 0/5 0/5 0/5

    I have been a Primus customer for about 8 months and read the bad reviews but decided to give it a try anyway.I can confirm the bad reviews, it is the absolute worst customer service and Internet connection! WEN I DECIDE TO SWITCH PROVIDERS I HAVE TO PAY A DE ACTIVATION FEE OF $200.00 LIKE WHAT! PRIMUS CANADA INTERNET RATED 0/10

    The internet service is slow and customer service is terrible. On top of it, they overcharge you. PLEASE DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.

    Extremely horribl...

    Extremely horrible service! After we sign up their internet service, we can't us it. We call so many times to fix it and they just stall us and promise to sent a technician to check. We were waiting for 2 weeks and finally someone is coming and said they already done their jobs and if we still cannot use it, we need to figure out by ourselves. So we cancel their service and the termination fee is extremely high around 200 and they still charging us the service fee.
