Glad this company is now looking after Main Square. Major improvement in service and reduction in turnaround of elevators being down which in the past has been an ongoing issue at this complex.
Terrible attitude. Asking questions is a taboo and considered offensive to this company. You'll be assaulted with rants explaining how horrible customers are and the reasoning behind their actions and words. They also charge double what other companies do. If you forever reason liked being condescended and have the pleasure of talking to Mike (I believe he's the York Region Rep/Manager), have fun.
