H&M Hennes & Mauritz

I had a horrible time trying to return a jacket to H&M, there manager was a piece of work she acted like a 15 year old brat, she suggested next time I break my Covid quarantine as I was out of country so then I can meet there clothing return date. The Manager then refused to give me there customer service number and hid in the back of the store. About 5 minutes later I asked another employee for the customer service number and she just snapped and told me I already had it lol way to go H&M

Great staff, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I never get any attitude, always great service!
