Stevens Custom Tailors

Paid $150 cash to have the lining replaced on a winter leather coat. He replaced the lining, but removed and threw out the separate felt insulation between the lining and the leather. He would take no ownership for this error, offering no solution other than to replace the lining that he just charged me $150 for, with a new winter lining(for an additional $30)so he made my leather coat unwearable in the winter, and had the audacity to ask for an additional $30 to fix his own mistake. Pathetic!
