Had pen stains on my newly bought clothing as well which can happen but owner quickly reimbursed me for the cost of the damaged items after I provided receipts for same and probably would work out a solution whenever these issues arise.

Cant recommend wishywashy.Used the wash fold service. But have had trouble with the service. They literally destroyed my white blouses dress shirts pen stains. The next time recently they were asked to wash and fold my clothes 30.00 plus. This time. They didn't even bother treating my whites prior to washing. Coffee stains I paid for a service and was given dried stained clothes back. I will never use them again. What kind of person sends clothes back to a customer stained.
