We used their wash and fold service and received clothing that was not ours back and some our clothes missing. They refuse to accept ownership for their mistake. In fact told us it was impossible we received clothes that were not ours. I not sure why a business would think a customer would return clothes that don’t belong to them and lie about it. They Did not offer to replace our clothing they lost, refund the services or even apologize, in fact they hung up on us. I am shocked by the unprofess
