    I have gone to this store on King George Road for 17 years and buy 3 pairs every two years. I phoned to see if I needed an appointment to go in this year and get my glasses they said NO, but on the day I am going to purchase them may sure there is an optician there to fit them. Today I walked in to see if I could just look at glasses told NO, I need an appointment, get your stories straight. You missed out on a sale, guess you don't care.

    Asked for repair on my wifes reading glasses. Needed a screw to hold the arm on. Fixed it no charge and didnt even buy the glasses there.
