Blind & Shutter outlet is providing very poor customer service. I ordered my shutters on June 22 2021 & today is August 13 2021 still no installation.No update provided no pick up phone. Two times they booked me for installation & no one show up when i called they said it was mistake & your shutter is not ready.Jordano came to my house for measurement i paid him $600 via e transfer now he is also not responding.Blinds & shutter outlet & vinyltek shutter & prestige shutter& blinds all 3 haveo
