I wholeheartedly agree with the other review below. Don't be deterred by having to head downstairs in the Kozlov Centre -- this food is worth the trip!
You can go simple and just get teriyaki and noodles or something similar, but better to ask for the "other menu", which I don't fully understand. The staff is happy to explain a few other choices, however, and the noodles with black bean sauce is outstanding, as is the porkbone soup (get it spicy!).
You won't go away hungry and your bill will be less than $10 per person. Highly recommended!

Now, please bear in mind that this location is in the Kozlov Mall in Barrie, and therefore may not seem like a place to go for dinner. Do not be detered. Whether you order from the 'picture menu', or order from the special menu of food that I personally cannot read, you will receive wonderful food.
My favourite dish is comprised of rice noodles and black bean sauce. Try them out; you will certainly not be disappointed.
