I chose OTT after hearing other review from friends & family. I am glad I did. They were on the ball from day 1 and they won my case. No Fine. No Points. and most importantly NO INFRACTION on my record, which is what really matters for insurance.
The competition was rude and sarcastic when I Bothered them with basic quesitons.
I called OTT and the nice person on the phone answered my questions with with a NO-Question-Is-Sill great attitude.

Len is not so smart all he can do is make a deal with the prosecutor anybody can do that you could do that yourself don't hire then if you truly believe that you are not guilty because he will make you believe that you are and convince you to make a resolution just like he did with me until the charges were dropped because the officer didn't show up I told len that there was a chance he wouldn't show up because he may embarrass himself len said that he wasn't going to play witness poker
I would not recommend them, like most they just take your money and run. Meaning they will just plea out the best they can. If you haven't been charged with a serious offence like Dangerous,Careless,50 over,Stunting etc. Go and play the game yourself and fight it, you can't do any worse then they would and save yourself over $600. With an impeccable driving record, I hired this company to fight a minor speeding ticket I received whereby there was obstructed signage for the speed limit while passing through a small town on a secondary highway. I provided dialogue verbally and via email along with pictures clearly articulating the obstruction expecting the ticket to be withdrawn. This company requires constant follow up as they do not return phone calls or e-mails and have a difficult time confirming receipt of information that was provided to them. I am still not confident that they filed the evidence and presented it in court as requested due the constant uncertainity and lack of organization on their part. I have now been left with the original charge, increased fine and out of pocket expense of hiring this company. This is not what one would expect from an 'experienced' team of paralegals (Len Smart, Jeff Smart and Cheryl Knapton)
