Will-Kare Paving was established in 1974 by owners Bill and Karen Lake. In the beginning, the business was run and operated from their home, until a true home was found and constructed in 1977 at 95 Lower Truro Rd.Starting with six employees in the first year, Will-Kare Paving has expanded its' staff to 30 employees.
