Horrible service called for a cab and waited 20 minutes. Called back and they said it would be another 10. I ended up walking. Will be calling another company from now on as this isnt the first time.

I am a handicapped person mobility. I contacted the dispatch and requested a taxi to assist me I needed two packages dropped up to my third floor while I used the railing to pull myself up. The dispatch said they wouldn't do something like that. When o finally got home with assistance frm a neighbour I called and requested owners name the dispatch refused to provide and hung up. I wonder if they do the same with liquor deleveries ?

The person who answered the phone told me they weren't licensed to drive..... I was going from the goulds to mount pearl and said they weren't licensed to drive outside of mount pearl.

Can I give less than 1 star? Called this company and was told 5-10 minutes for pickup. Called 30 minute later and was told they only had a single car on, called back 15 minutes later and was told too bad that the car drove by(I had been outside the entire time)- was met with the most ignorant dispatch person. Called City Wide and I was home in 20 minutes.

Horrible service....

Horrible service. Didn't have money on hand. Driver got wind of it. Refused to take me and my bf. Even to an atm. Insisted we pay up front. Will never be riding with them again!
