Attempted to rent a unit with a viewing the day before a long weekend. I liked the unit and wished to move forward in leasing, but was told by the manager Chris that since the office was closing soon go get all the paperwork done over the weekend and come back in Monday morning to complete the process.When I showed up Monday morning with security deposit, paperwork in hand I was informed by the Manager Chris he had shown the unit to someone else and they rented it that morning.

I rented with Killam for a few years and was treated with the most disrespect from Chester Snoot. He would put me on speaker phone so other people who hear our conversation and laugh. He is very childish and should not be representing your Company. He is Rude, Ignorant and doesn't even let you plead your case. How anyone would have him in their Company is beyond me.
