Ok, but, as soon I tried to explain the issue with my car, the secretary interrupts me because she knew they can charge extra for $99.95 diagnostic fee. I have my own diagnostic scanner I bought for $20 on ebay, I knew the engine fault code, next time at a garage, I will tell them I don't need diagnostic if I know the problem, just fix what I say needs fixing, no need for extra $99.95 diagnostic fee to tell me what I already know.

I have been going to Curts for a few years now and he and his staff have always been professional. Because of his many years of experience and knowledge, he can diagnose the problem and always has a solution. His work is accurate and honest. He also has been servicing the RCMP and other police departments emergency vehicles. He also services the local antique vehicle of friends who enjoy that hobby. His prices are competitive and fair. I have no negative comments on this auto repair business.

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience

Went their to fix a leaking air conditioning system. Curt had my parents make multiple visits. After the visits and a supposedly fixed system which costed over $300, I discover that the leak was still not fixed. I made a new appointment, the keys/car were dropped off at his garage over night. He told me that he never noticed the car and accused me of not dropping the keys off. The keys were later found by one of his employees. I paid an additional $25 and the car still has a leak.
