Terrible service The technician had no idea what he was doing He was scheduled to arrive between 11 and 1 but did not arrive until 2:30 He lost two screws that are needed to keep the front panel of my washing machine in place He didn't know where the plug was and ended up unplugging my fridge He did not adequately diagnose the source of my leak I was charged $175 for less than 1 hour of unsatisfactory work and a terrible experience I ended up spending my time fixing and diagnosing the problem.

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. What should have been a simple repair turned into a long waiting game with no end in sight. Not only did they not perform the repair job that I had hired them for, they charged me excessive restocking rate for parts that were never received and delayed for another month.
