Service is friendly enough, but make sure you research prices before you go. For example, an epiphone guitar that costs $200 brand new might cost $300+ used from this place. Also, if you get the warranty and they tell you something is covered, maybe the speaker on an amp, make sure you get this in writing or you might find out that the item is not covered at all.
