I brought in Neat Organized piles of clothes separated by age and season and I was given back Non-Folded and mixed clothes. They wasted my time and I wouldn't recommend selling here. The woman said there were a few items (Nautilius) that they don't carry but that mainly they weren't needed because their store was full for those ages. Then WHY did they go through them as they were labeled by size?!? Sooo upset! Will never return, and won't recommend to fellow moms.
I love this store, staff are always friendly and they only buy quality merchandise which is great for me when I'm shopping there! I have sold twice and understood why they didn't buy what they didn't and I was very happy with what they gave me for what the did buy. I will continue to shop here for my kids
My clothes were separated & neatly packed in bins, when returned, they looked worse than my dirty laundry baskets!!! They didn't take new clothes with tags on. I only took slightly used items in very good condition, current styles & mostly brand names. She said they were too used or out of style. When I didn't accept what they were offering for 2 pair of new boots, they just shoved them back at me. Totally unprofessional!!!
