I called about my washer they came and looked at agitator and the transmission was fine. They said there was a part in B.C. and would it . I paid for it thinking it would be here in a week. Well 5 weeks later it showed up and they installed it and then told me I needed a new transmission I cut my loses and bought a new 1 never again will I deal with these people.

I do not recommend this company. I had a terrible experience dealing with the owner. She attempted to double charge me for services that were advertised as included. Also dealing with her on the phone was a nightmare. There are many other service providers and from my experience, I suggest choosing another company.

Your repairman didnt look at my appliance.He charged 92 dollars and left and said throw it out.Its now fixed for 60 dollars.I think I should get my money back.
