Nail Town

received a gift certificate for a deluxe Mani and pedi and went in thinking it was going to be amazing. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The gentleman doing my pedicure was super friendly (almost uncomfortable friendly) but rushed through everything and another guy awkwardly did my manicure at the same time. Was the worst experience ever for something that was supposed to be a great experience. To top it all off I was charged almost $40 dollars for gel polish when I was told it was $15 at the be

The price is cheaper and you get what you pay for. Unfortunately my experience the last two times weren’t very comfortable and I won’t be going back. The man who did my nails was teasing me about the colour I chose. When I stated I have to have a more “natural look” due to the office I work in, his response was “ well your name should be Jane because you’re so plain...Jane”. The gel polish is bumpy and uneven. I would recommend spending the extra $10 and go somewhere else.

Staff was very nice. They took the time to make sure my nails were perfect and didn’t make me feel bad for being a bit picky. I called and got a same day appt. Pedicure was great too, nice massage chairs. I will be going back for sure.

I went to this establishment for a couple of nail repairs. At first it went well until I paid for the service. I didnt have cash on me so I used a debit card. She made me feel embarrassed because of it. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Beyond rude.
