The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution. They were busy and helpful to all the customers.
Sales person was rude, condescending and had zero ability to try and resolve the issue at hand.
I felt sorry for the trainee that original assisted me.
When I asked for the manager the regular staff member became defensive and rude.
Over all I found Rogers cellular to be a frustrating waste of time.
Dropped phone off to be sent for under warranty repairs and after two months still do not have it back due to paper work errors and now no one can tell me even when my phone might be expected to return. Phone calls are not returned and I'm sorry but I'm sorry just doesn't cut it with me anymore
