Ruined Christmas Surprise

Very poor experience with this Bell distributor. Was advised it wouldn't be a problem for me to upgrade my wife's cell phone as a surprise for Christmas. Not only did they make me increase her plan but didn't have the phone I'd purchased in the store. The next day she was then texted by them which ruined the surprise. As she dealt with them they were rude, didn't apologize, told her not to tell me and asked where her 'Christmas spirit' was (obviously gone from finding out about her gift).
