Went in a received poor service and rude staff. They are generally overpriced but were only place open so I was forced to out of urgency and was promised that everything would be back to normal and it wasnt but received no further help. Best to try somewhere else

Fantastic and thorough service. Ahman wasn’t he could fix my i/phone that had water damage. He got it almost fixed but then the sound wasn’t working. He spent alot of time on it and amazingly brought it back to fill life. So thankful for his diligence! ?

Excellent service. I tried to replace the screen on my iPhone 6 with a DIY kit from Amazon. Big mistake, I took the partly dismantled phone to Blackapple at Shelbourne. Expertly reassembled very reasonable price, same cost as the DIY kit!

My iPhone battery needed replacing, I was so pleased that they had a battery in stock, replaced it as I waited in the shop. Customer service was excellent, and very affordable. Highly recommend, I shall return for any issues in the future. Pamela R

Awful customer service experience, would highly recommend choosing elsewhere. Unknowledgeable and disinterested staff. I brought my iPhone in last week and the employees seemed like they had never had to troubleshoot in their life, and had no timeline whatsoever on when it could be fixed. My advice, there are quite a few professional establishments in this city, this is not one of them!
