Ans Nails

The staff were very sweet. The shop was clean. I did get French gel nails done 2 days ago and, I am sorry to say that the nails are all slightly wavy and bumpy. Along the cuticles, some nails have a high bumpy rise, too. The white tips come down way too low on the nails. The technician was very sweet but did a very poor job.

Ans nail salon is amazing !Clean salon, great prices, super friendly staff. I go every 2 weeks for a gel color fill and I bring my 11 year old son for pedicures! Wonderful family friendly and oriented business and they do a great job every time!

I asked Ann to fill in the acrylic down the center of my nail.. As the SHAPE was to flat for my liking. She was mad and making excuses. She was trying to hurry and wanted to polish.. I then again asked her to smooth it cus it was very uneven. She was very angry yelling at me telling it was my fault it was uneven. And I dont listen to her. She said I should go somewhere elese. poor customer service and poor work. I have been told by other ppl. Theyve had bad experiences.

My go to nail salon! I bring my three daughters (14,5,2) for nail polish. I also bring my 4 month old for every appointment. We are all welcome with smiles and accomodation! An, has also fixed my brows from a prior butcher job, I wont go anywhere else!

I had a very good experience at Ans. They did a great job,were very polite and very reasonably priced. I have to wonder if the ignorant person who wrote the previous review is aware that English is NOT the first language of the employees, therefore, the person with the best command of English communicates with the others in their Vietnamese language.

Worst place ever. I came in a week before and showed them my nails and they quoted me $35 until I went for my appointment and said it will need to get a whole set done. Really rude and speak in foreign language in front customers. Cleary she didn't understand English very well. No wonder they have 20$ off and drop ins. Better to pay extra for better long last nails and customer service.
