VERY DISAPPOINTED

I phoned for a clean and, "SERVICE", on my pellet stove...I guess I got that, the CLEAN, part, but a week later, to the day, I had a huge issue... and 2 fire trucks at my door ~! I now find, having to go to a different business, for help, which they found the 'problem' right away, that I honestly feel should have been evident by this company, if they were doing what I paid for, handsomely ~! I find THIS COMPANY, SEVERLY, FOR WHAT YOU GET, OVERCHARGES BIG TIME...BY ANY ONES STANDARDS~! NEEDLESS TO SAY, THEY WILL NEVER BE IN MY HOUSE OR NEAR MY STOVE EVER~! BEWARE, IS ALL I CAN HONESTLY SAY~!
