I came at 8:23 and i was refused to be let in the class due to my tardiness (Aug.17). I was late because I needed to give my sister some last minute allergy medication which was out of my control. She needs help in doing so and I would like not to go into further details. I understand the class starts 8:00, however, It is unfair if people were let in up until 8:15 as was mentioned by the instructor. I paid for the course and yet I wasn’t made aware of any lateness policy to begin with. I gue

They have a strict "no refund" policy and will not even transfer your credit towards another class when you're sick if you do not notify them 24 hours in advance. If you're suddenly sick, you will either lose out on your money or go into class sick.
