Located inside the Chinese Freemasons Building in Chinatown, this airy, light-filled studio is as aesthetically pleasing as it is effective. Instructors guide students through a series of challenging and dynamic movements either on a mat or using equipment to target deep core muscles while focusing on controlled breathing patterns to help align your mind and body. Classes at Line 5 are limited to just four participants in order to give instructors the opportunity to work closely with students and provide adjustments and modifications when necessary. Sessions are also available on a semi-private or private basis if you’d prefer one-on-one attention.
