Kondi Fitness founder Lacy Kondi has combined traditional Pilates and strength training with Callanetics to create a unique approach to fitness that focuses on improving muscle tone and posture. Using light hand weights, resistance bands and a variety of other exercise props, instructors lead participants through a series of arm, leg and abdominal exercises that emphasize small and controlled pulses that’ll lengthen, tighten and strengthen muscles – trust us, you’ll feel the burn!
