A chance meeting with the North American head of the renowned La Biosthetique hair and beauty product range led to Black 2 Blond owner Teresa Polson and her husband Rich being whisked off to Paris to meet the company's top brass.

"Since then, we've introduced the La Biosthetique line into the salon and we've become a La Biosthetique flagship salon and academy, which has meant hosting world-class educators from Germany and receiving job applications from Europe and Australia," explains Rich.

In addition, La Biosthetique moved two of its top educators from Paris to teach at the Black 2 Blond salon and spa. "This means that our stylists receive the very best education regularly and without having to leave town," adds Teresa.
