Went here when it first opened on 152nd. I went, viewed a stylist which I thought I would like, made an appointment. Went to my appointment (they were very busy that day) the manager/girl I thought I made an appointment with passed me to a very new stylist. This stylist had to stop every few minutes to ask how to style my hair (I have a simple bob cut). The absolute worst haircut I have ever received. Took months to grow out. Beware.
