From the very onset of my experience I could tell the representative had an attitude. I needed to fast track the package and gave her clear instruction.n But she did the exact opposite,and then when I called back instead of trying to make it right and fixing the problem they did not want to be accountable about the whole situation. I repeated myself 4 times and instead of being kind, polite, understanding...you know business like... he was rude and sarcastic.
