Worst Experience Ever - Travelers Be Warned
The worst travel experience we have ever had. These were the rudest, most unprofessional staff we had ever talked to - but what is worse was that the owner was 100 times more rude and uncooperative. We tried to cancel 2 days before our reservation but the clerk absolutely refused to do so over the phone, instead only allowing us to extend.We were furious. We got delayed by a blizzard on Boxing Day 4-5 hours drive over the mountains away. We were hauling an enclosed trailer and had our three young children with us. No where plows the roads in Canada on Christmas or Boxing Day, there was 2 feet of show everywhere and it was absolutely not possible to even drive in it, let alone risk our family's lives for this greedy owner. When i called to talk to him he said none of it was his problem and he absolutely refused to refund anything, yelling and finally hanging up on me. Terrible experience. Go the extra distance to Whitehorse or Ft. Nelson. Be warned.
