Receptionist problems seem to have been resolved. Treatment excellent.

I second pres1510 review. Almost the exact same thing happened with me today, and with my wife before. And we are not the type that complaints a lot, nor run into such experiences. This front desk receptionist has issues and she hung up on me as well with no reason, I didn't yell or say any negative word. I was just being assertive that she hears my request, she kept interrupting me and when I started interrupting her back, she hung up on me. Worst receptionist I ever had to deal with.

I don't understand how anyone could give this Medical Office and staff anything but a five star. Then again it seems like nowadays only people with complaints are willing to post. I just wanted to say that everyone here has always been so helpful and kind to both my husband and myself and Dr. Patel is the best doctor we have ever had. They are what medical care is supposed to be about, and I'm thankful for that.

Horrible front desk staff- was rude, condescending from the moment she picked up. I continued to explain how the appointment was booked, why it was, etc. Though she continued to make things difficult for me instead of try to help me. She got frustrated and began acting very aggressive, for which I told her I thought she was very rude and would like to focus on the call. She wanted to focus on arguing and being abrasive. My husband was there to witness. Said call being recorded and she hung up
