Took my vehicle in for a minor rock chip. Made me wait for 2 hours. Then told me because I had only purchased the vehicle 2 weeks ago that they couldn’t put the claim thur ICBC and there was rain away on the windshield so they couldn’t do the repair at all. Then she flagged my vehicle at ICBC. The rock chip happened the day before. I feel like she called me a liar. I am a pensioner on fixed income and there was no need to do this to me.

Brought a piece of lam glass in to cut, N/C ! Now they will get my repeat business!

I recently had to replace my windshield in my van due to a errant rock. Ron from Crystal Glass made the scheduling and replacement easy and the job was done professionally and timely.A month later I required the windshield to be removed and reinstalled after my bodyshop had affected some repairs to the roof of the van due to an mva. Ron was extremely helpful once again and i can t say enough about the high skill level of the installers. If you need new glass, I highly recommend this shop!
