I have called on 3 occasions over the course of 3 days, nobody in sales has picked up the phone. I left my contact information with reception and nobody has returned my calls. Terrible service.

Customer service seems to depend on the salesperson. Our latest purchase was not ready for pickup as promised. When I have to depend on a relative to go out of their way to pick up furniture with their truck it is imperative that it be ready on time. Thank goodness that it was not raining. Probably will look elsewhere before going back to the Brick again.
I have been a long time customer of the Brick and I bought a Brada dishwasher from them (along with all my other appliances). The silverware basket has begun to come apart and I need a new one. They don't sell the dishwashers any more, and the baskets are unavailable because they were exclusive to the Brick. They didn't try to help me, just suggested I look around to try to find something that fits. Very sad customer service. Won't be buying there again.
I cannot say I have had better customer service anywhere in Victoria than I did at the Brick in Langford on a recent spare bedroom purchase (platform bed, Mattress, cover and pictures). Bambo, the salesmen, was a very pleasant, obliging, no pressure salesmen. He found me the best deals and quality that the Brick offered on the items I bought. I cant wait to set up the spare room for guests. Thank you Bambo, for making this shopping experience such a pleasure:)
