We placed a large order of 45 units commercial air conditioners for our renovation project. The sales manager confirmed that the shipping would take 8-12 weeks to arrive. They demanded full payment before they can process the order. We paid them upfront, in full. The shipping was 1 month delayed due to their negligence, causing a loss for our time-sensitive business. They owner said that they are not responsible to compensate anything. Beware of this irresponsible, dishonest company.
