I’d never been to a gym before being 14, but Cerry and the entire staff here made me feel very welcome being younger than everyone there. They have all the equipment you need there, showers, a nice private room in the back of the gym to stretch out and is also used as a cycling studio. When I first signed up Cerry, the owner made me up a couple workouts and training sessions which really helped me out, he always greeted me with a “hey bud” which made me feel welcome there.

Excellent gym providing exceptional services! Nothing but the best experience from this gym. It has everything you need! Going to take things to the next level physically because finally after 31 years, Ive found my home!

Helpful, family oriented center. Thoughtful, encouraging, knowledgeable staff. Variety of equipment, with multiples of the commonly used equipment. Something for all ages.
