Dishonest Company. I was quoted a price and it was almost double that price. Tried to resolve the issue and he basically didn't care he overcharged me. Extremely poor customer service make sure you get all quotes in writing.
could not get a response to the two largest companies supplying doors and windows. Needed my phone call to one was not even answered after 10 rings. I was able to get someone at Klein's on three rings. They came over and the sliding door with the issue was fixed in 10 minutes. It now works better then it did when first installed 15 years ago. I price was under $100.00 and I gladly recommend this home based business over the big guys. They really care about their customer service.
