Little Shuswap Lake Gas

My status card was not accepted when I gassed up as I paid with another card at the pump. The lady said could not do it. as I had to pay after. It seems to me this person cannot calculate the percentage after the fact, to give me the amount am entitled to under my status card. I will not go back.

I went to gas. Provided my status card, told the pump was ready. However, used my credit card to gas up went to receive my discount was told I could not receive it. As I was supposed to come in and pay I had asked why they could not reverse it or take off the percentage. Just said they couldn’t do it. I have bee to many gas stations throughout B.C., never encountered this problem. Need to have a sign the process. Obviously they can’t do the math to give the percentage.
