Virgin Mobile was extremely unprofessional, backtracked, and did not honour the guarantee from the customer service representative. Their mobile phones quietly turned on data several times while streaming at home with unlimited wifi. Overpriced overages. Customer service is operating overseas. Prices are expensive ($80+tax for 12GB) relative to their competitors, less than subpar services are not warranted for the price. Find somewhere cheaper with better quality services and customer service.
